Slifer Smith & Frampton is looking for a friendly, organized, and service-minded Broker Services Coordinator to join our Vail Village team!

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our office operations—welcoming clients, supporting our real estate brokers, assisting with marketing, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you enjoy working with people, love variety in your day, and take pride in the details, this could be a great fit! You'll gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate business while working alongside some of the Vail Valley's most experienced real estate professionals.

No real estate experience required! We welcome candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, guest services, marketing, customer service, and office administration.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and real estate brokers.
• Assist brokers with property listings, marketing materials, MLS updates, and digital marketing tools.
• Coordinate daily office operations, schedules, meetings, and events.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour + Quarterly Bonus Potential, Dependent on Experience
Location: 230 Bridge Street, Vail Village (In-Person)

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new technology.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing, or administration preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
