What You'll Do

• Craft compelling messages for Smarty social media outlets. 
• Discover groups within social media outlets where our target audiences go for information and regularly engage and communicate. 
• Create thought-provoking content that positions Smarty as the authority on address data. 
• Collaborate with Marketing team members and other Smarty departments to generate compelling content ideas. 
• Understand target audiences and write content that speaks to their pain points. 
• Ensure a consistent and fun tone of voice for the Smarty brand.
• Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and engagement. 
• Assist with the creation of original content, such as blogs and videos. 
• Manage social media calendar. 
• Perform social media marketing research. 

Who You Are

• 2+ years of social media and content creation experience.
• Currently a student in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
• Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience incorporating feedback through both written comments and face-to-face interactions.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
