Senior Digital Ads Strategist
As Senior Digital Ads Strategist you would be responsible for measuring, implementing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns (primarily for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads), working closely with the Customer Success Manager. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role requires excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and superior time management and communication skills.
Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Paid Digital Advertising
- Implement digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon and YouTube
- Manage account data integrations, including configuring attribution and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft UET, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics 4.
- Independently perform routine ad account monitoring and management
- Continually optimize digital ad campaigns to achieve quarterly objectives and increase ROI
- Deploy automated tools to strive for greater time efficiency and better campaign results continuously
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure PPC strategies align with overall dealership marketing goals and objectives
- Assist with reporting and troubleshooting
- This role may include training interns and new or junior team members
- Work with the Ad Operations Manager and Ads Product Manager to improve ad offerings, processes, and client services.
- Occasionally participate in client meetings to advise on digital strategy and best practices.
Analytics
- Use analytics to inform recommendations and campaign adjustments
- Compile reports in GA4 to show performance or troubleshoot issues
General
- Be up-to-date on developments and opportunities in all relevant digital advertising channels
- Effective communication with the team on project developments, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
- Continuously innovate and expand your skills to improve our offerings to our clients

Your Skills & Mindset:
- 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
- Google Tag Manager Certification
- Experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok & Amazon
- Experience in Automotive
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Able to independently manage tasks & time
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment
