The Purpose of This Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for ensuring our customers receive increasing value for their investment with Snappy Kraken.  This position involves both outbound and inbound engagement, focusing on customers approaching their renewal date and those reaching out with product or marketing inquiries. In this role, you will interact with clients on a daily basis, showcasing key product features and functionalities that can enhance their digital marketing capabilities.


The Enterprise Account Manager will consistently support and maximize the engagement of current and future enterprise relationships within the financial services industry. This person will have the ability to analyze the landscape of an enterprise partner's business, understand their pain points, and leverage Snappy Kraken’s products and technology in a mutually beneficial partnership.

The Client Growth Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring customers' accounts and identifying opportunities for clients to expand their relationship with us, through investing in additional products and services

  • Innovating internal workflows for all aspects of enterprise sales, service, and conference planning

  • Creating and continuously improving email and call sequences to test and validate approaches to engage with our clients

  • Preparing and providing marketing collateral that teaches partners how to drive business to Snappy Kraken

  • Making our enterprising partners feel well-serviced and appreciated

  • Planning and attending industry conference that Snappy Kraken sponsors 

  • Traveling as required

  • Creating, promoting, and managing marketing plans to roll out partnerships and gain adoption

  • Understanding individual customer needs, the reason why they made their initial purchase, and how our product(s) enhance their existing marketing strategy

  • Tracking, analyzing, and continuously improving our data generation which identifies product usage and any at-risk customers

  • Working cross-functionally, both internally as well as externally,  to ensure we are best positioned to be successful 


Primary Qualifications

  • Minimum two years in a sales, customer success, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with our customer base and understand their unique needs to create business-driving relationships
  • Account Management skills which include the ability to present the right offer at the right time 
  • Financial industry experience, preferably in working with Broker Dealers, Custodians, TAMPs, and other similar organizations that support advisors
  • Marketing experience
  • Firm enough not to be an order taker, but rather, a consultant and guide 
  • Outstanding product and technology knowledge
  • Execute initiatives accurately, independently, and with minimal guidance
  • Problem-solver 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to form a deep understanding of our products and the value they create for our customers
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset to find creative solutions to complex situations
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to understand multiple systems
  • Proven experience producing in a virtual environment 

  • Proper remote working environment with stable high-speed internet, electricity, and appropriate working space

  • Strong asynchronous communication ability

  • Tech-Savvy and highly comfortable working with remote communication software 

  • Ability to be productive, disciplined, and trustworthy while working independently

As of October 2024, the expected compensation range for this position is $70,000-125,000 USD/ $80,000-135,000 CAD OTE (base + commission) based on country of residence. Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs.
