The Purpose of This Role

The Enterprise Account Executive is a full-time, remote position at Snappy Kraken. Accessibility requirements are dependent on the role but could be expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday. This position is open to any candidates currently residing and eligible to legally work in the United States. 


This isn’t a spray-and-pray SaaS sales role. It’s about selling vision, influencing C-level decisions, and closing deals that impact thousands of financial advisors through large, strategic partnerships.

We’re looking for a bold and consultative Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to navigate complex org charts, solve real business problems, and win trust with leaders at the biggest firms in the financial services industry—Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Custodians, FMOs, and beyond.

At Snappy Kraken, we’re redefining how advisors grow. This role is about identifying the right partners, helping them see what’s possible, and building high-value, long-term relationships that scale our impact.

You’ll report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and be empowered to go after meaningful deals that move the needle.


Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunties
  • Work inbound leads and prospect outbound to create interest and identify needs
  • Own the sales process end-to-end: discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and close
  • Collaborate on solutions that align with the client’s strategy and Snappy Kraken’s strengths
    Stay tightly aligned with internal stakeholders to ensure successful handoffs and retention
  • Travel to events, conferences, and client meetings (approx. 25%)

Primary Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience selling SaaS into mid-market and enterprise clients, preferably in financial services
  • Strong understanding of the advisor ecosystem—especially firms that serve them
  • Exceptional consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Comfort navigating long sales cycles and complex org charts
  • High emotional intelligence and natural executive presence
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and relentless in pursuit of a win
  • Self-managed in a remote-first environment with excellent written and verbal communication

Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business as well as organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs.
