The Purpose of This Role
Join a dynamic, collaborative team and make a meaningful impact at Snappy Kraken as an Onboarding and Project Manager. In this role, you'll ensure the seamless content onboarding and management of high-impact marketing campaigns for financial advisors, driving exceptional results for thousands of advisors across North America.
As the lead for content projects, you’ll oversee every phase, from planning to execution, streamlining workflows and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and up to our high-quality standards.

The Onboarding & Project Manager position is a full-time, remote position at Snappy Kraken. Accessibility requirements are dependent on the role but could be expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday. This position is open to any candidates currently residing and eligible to legally work in the United States or Canada.
This role reports directly to the Head of Advisor Content.
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Understand marketing campaign goals and objectives and translate them into actionable projects with clear dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns using software tools such as Asana and Notion, from initiation and task assignment to execution and on-time publishing, ensuring streamlined workflows and high-quality launches.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings for new campaigns, enterprise content initiatives, and content partnerships to ensure alignment and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage onboarding specialists and assistant project managers, fostering a professional and collaborative environment to ensure team success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Experience, Creative, and Marketing teams, as well as enterprise partners and contractors, to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Become a Snappy Kraken onboarding and platform expert across our retail and enterprise platforms.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint for campaigns, testing and auditing campaigns for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards before launch.
- Document and refine content processes, creating and maintaining detailed training materials for internal and external use.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement actionable changes.
- Oversee the team’s tasks and workloads, ensuring balanced assignments, tracking progress, and resolving potential roadblocks proactively.
- Manage internal content marketing priorities by coordinating requests and collaborating with team members to deliver on objectives.
- Support ad hoc assignments and broader Content department initiatives as needed.
Primary Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with a strong track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time.
- 2+ years of working in a B2B SaaS company or similar software-driven environment
- Extensive experience working with project management software, primarily Asana and Notion, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, fully virtual environment and adept at managing shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, challenges, and marketing strategies is preferred.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to achieving goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, accurate deliverables free of errors.
- Tech-savvy with excellent asynchronous communication skills, effectively coordinating with team members and stakeholders in a remote setting.

As of November 2024, the expected compensation range for this position is $55,000-65,000 USD/ $55,000-70,000 CAD based on country of residence. Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs.
