The Tower Technician I position is the starting point in the SoBro Tower career path. This role focuses on learning tower safety, basic climbing procedures, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment. The goal is to build a foundation of safe and reliable field skills under close supervision.

Key Duties:

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of antennas, lines, and tower hardware.
• Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and vehicles.
• Support crew members during tower work and site setup.
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE.
• Participate in safety and technical training.
• Maintain site cleanliness and assist with documentation as directed.
