The Tower Technician II role builds upon the foundational skills of Tower Tech I, expanding technical knowledge and independent work capabilities. This position performs installation, testing, and maintenance tasks on a variety of telecom tower systems and supports leadership in field operations.

Key Duties:

• Install, test, and troubleshoot antennas, lines, and fiber systems.
• Perform PIM, sweep, and fiber testing.
• Safely rig equipment and climb towers to perform work at height.
• Maintain vehicles, trailers, and job materials.
• Mentor Tower Tech I employees and demonstrate leadership on site.
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
