About SoBro Tower:
SoBro Tower builds and maintains the wireless infrastructure powering the future of communication. We’re looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn, grow, and take on the challenges of tower work. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless systems.
• Conduct PIM, sweep, and fiber testing with accuracy.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Ensure site safety and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with Foremen and Project Managers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of tower experience, including leadership or top-hand roles.
• Competent Climber/Rescuer and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 4–5 days at a time.
• Demonstrated technical skill and safety record.
