Our global agency is looking to build a talented team of ambitious people to help us grow and expand. Socially Powerful is a global agency with our HQ based in London. We are looking for a Junior Account Executive with an interest in pursuing a career in social media marketing. 


You’ll receive excellent on-the-job training and, over time, will become an expert in social media marketing that will greatly increase your future employability in a fast-changing and ground-breaking sector.


This is a 6-month paid internship with the opportunity to progress to a permanent Account Executive position at the end of the internship, based on performance. 


What we are looking for


For this role, you will be supporting the team with the management of campaigns for leading brands across a variety of industries, including Fashion, Gaming, Beauty, Food & Beverage and Tech. This will include management of social media ad platforms, planning, and reporting on campaigns. After training, you will take full ownership of day-to-day campaign management, setup, and optimizations with the ongoing support of your team on Paid Social.


The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and can work independently. This role would suit a motivated individual, complemented with good organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and being flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Planning & Creative

  • Researching key competitive and consumer trends that will help achieve clients’ campaign objectives
  • Offering creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns
  • Developing and writing creative concept 
  • Researching and identifying influencers that will help achieve clients’ campaign objectives
  • Writing clear and impactful proposals to present to clients

Campaign Management

  • Managing the smooth day-to-day management of sizeable projects
  • Influencer identification and mass outreach
  • Developing influencer briefs, negotiating fees with suppliers and influencers, and briefing and managing influencers 
  • Reporting on campaigns

Essential Skills:

  • University graduate, degree in Business or Marketing-related fields preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks when working across multiple projects.
  • A team player that is flexible, committed, and keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Thrives in a changing, dynamic environment.

Salary: £22,000 per annum
