to our clients. Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors, and account
managers work together to create impactful content for our list of global brands, covering a broad
range of industries, from fashion to food to finance. Our agency is seeking an enthusiastic individual
to join our team as a Creative Strategist and work to develop and implement exceptional social
media strategies for our new current and forthcoming clients.
About the Role
At Socially Powerful, strategic thinking is central to our approach, and our Creative Strategists play
a key role in shaping impactful solutions for our clients. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll collaborate
closely with both our Accounts and Business Development teams to develop insight-driven
strategies with a social-first focus for new and existing clients.
We’re looking for someone who brings a fresh perspective to problem-solving and is passionate
about understanding how consumers connect with brands. You’ll leverage insights to build
strategies that break the mould, using each brief as a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research key competitive and consumer trends that will help achieve clients’ objectives and help identify strategic territories and creative springboards based on data analyses
- Development and conception of audience-specific, cross-channel brand and communication
- Definition of KPIs for communication measures and ensuring measurability
- Strategic support of creative processes within the agency
- Offering creative solutions for client needs based on SPs services and core offering
- Utilizing data to conceive of content themes, formats, and more to develop performance-driven program ideas that feel organic for our Keeping up with the latest in digital and social effectiveness and using it to inform ongoing strategies
- Pioneer new ways of framing and selling our ideas
- Become an expert in the research tools made available (i.e. GWI, CreatorIQ, etc.)
- Understand & Promote Socially Powerful’s proposition to brands
- Contribute to collective creative and strategy practices of the cross-agency planning team as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of prior experience working as a creative strategist, preferably in an influencer marketing agency or a similar adjacent agency offering social media and influencer marketing services.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and audience behaviors.
- Experience in the beauty and/or fashion industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate brand objectives into compelling, strategic content ideas and concepts
- Creative problem-solving with a knack for finding unique ways to engage target audiences.
- A social-first creative experience is mandatory (a 360 digital experience is preferred but not essential).
- Skilled in data analysis and extracting insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and client presentations.
- Proficiency in trend forecasting and identifying emerging social media and influencer trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
