This entry-level position will engage in all interviews conducted, provide strategic direction on recruitment, interviewing processes, and work with management to identify current and future hiring needs for Socket.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage recruitment process of candidates.
· Identify and maintain qualified applicant pools that include diverse, internal and external populations.
· Collaborates with department members and leadership regarding staffing plans and management of recruitment activities related to internal mobility.
· Engage in all interviews conducted at Socket’s main location.
· Assist with training supervisors and managers in conducting compliant interviews.
· Manages sites such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter for job ad boosting.
· Engage in career fairs throughout Missouri to promote Socket’s open positions.
· Coordinate with our marketing department to promote open positions on social media sites like LinkedIn and Facebook to fit strategic recruitment needs.
· Coordinate with HR personnel to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
· Coordinate with managers to ensure job descriptions are updated annually.
· Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma is required and associate degree in human resources or business preferred or a minimum of two years human resources specific experience.
