CPE Support Specialist

Socket is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, Customer Premise Equipment Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer and field technician equipment returns, managing inventory, and testing equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition before being returned to the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.




Responsibilities Include:


· Process customer and field technician equipment returns efficiently and accurately.

· Track and manage equipment inventory, ensuring proper documentation and organization.

· Perform testing on returned equipment to verify functionality and identify any issues.

· Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and prepared for re-stock or disposal.

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any equipment-related concerns.

· Follow safety protocols and company procedures when handling equipment.

· Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while supporting company goals.


Requirements:


· Strong technical aptitude and basic computer skills.

· Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 40 pounds.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
