Socket is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Drop Crew Technician. In this role, you'll assist our installation technicians with preparing sites for fiber line installation. The work is physically demanding and primarily outdoors, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on labor in an active environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for optimization of fiber drops
• Clean and maintain construction equipment
• Load and unload equipment from trucks
• Manage traffic flow when working in road rights-of-way
• Dig trenches
• Operate vibratory plow
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record and driver’s license
• Able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75lbs
• Being comfortable with working in varying elements
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Regular reliable attendance
