Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales team to drive the company’s overall objectives
  • Oversight of the full sales process
  • Optimize current processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team
  • Build growth opportunities pipelines and drive growth initiatives
  • Manage and monitor KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Implement proven lead generation
  • Build training and development opportunities
  • Oversight of sales incentives and compensation programs
  • Regular reliable attendance

Skills:

  • Multiple proven years in sales leadership roles
  • Prior experience leading or collaborating with community relations
  • Desired Skills:
