Socket is seeking a skilled Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to new customers, and proficient maintenance of established customer accounts. This maintenance includes but is not limited to; billing, account changes, invoicing, payment processing, and outbound calling projects.
This position requires flexibility with call center hours, including work beyond 5:00 PM and on weekends.
