Socket is seeking a skilled Business Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our business customers.  This role is essential to delivering a seamless service experience, empowering our customers to stay focused and thrive in what they do best. By acting as a trusted partner and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, this position plays a critical part in helping our clients operate efficiently, maintain momentum, and achieve lasting success in their industries.

This role requires work on the weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent follow-up to Socket’s business customers
• Detailed documentation of customer interaction
• Route all current customers requests to their Account Representative, or the Business Center Coordinators
• Complete all actions for our business customers including, but not limited to; new services, suspensions, reactivations, removals, and cancellations
• Contributing to the collective resources of knowledge of the Business Center department
