ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Perform research on market trends, product development, and lead acquisition methods.
· Analyze target audience demographics to generate leads.
· Develop new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including phone calls, email campaigns, canvasing, networking, etc.
· Collaborate with Socket’s Sales Team to identify and convert prospective customers.
· Attend network events to build and maintain professional relationships.
· Enter leads, sales activities, opportunities, in provided CRM program (Salesforce.com).
· Determine customer requirements and expectations for products and solutions.
· Use tools provided to create orders, contracts, quotes, and sample invoices.
· Participate in weekly scheduled sales calls, meetings, and all sales training sessions.
· Participate in customer facing events like Lunch & Learns, trade shows, and expo booths.
· Work in conjunction with CEO/Sales Director/Sr. Sales Executive on special projects as assigned.
