Job Title: Manager on Duty

Job Description:

Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing business that is developing soccer centers – modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
  • Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
  • Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software.
  • Organizational skills.
