We are looking for a Site Electrician to join our world-class team at our Project Dorothy location in Silverton, TX.

As a Site Electrician, you will help operate and maintain the electrical infrastructure and perform routine electrical maintenance. Maintaining the equipment includes cleaning the equipment, distribution systems and all areas related to electrical integrity. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the inspection, maintenance and reporting (as applicable) of the electrical operations as per the Standard Operating Procedures of the data center. This includes adherence to the operations security plan to maintain site security and information assurance. You will encourage your team to bring any ideas to the table for evaluation to help improve the electrical operations through a product development process. 

You will:

• Manage staff of non-electrician electrical maintenance workers, including performance management, direction and team development. 
• Apply best practice procedures utilized in electrical maintenance. 
• Install and maintain various electrical distribution systems in an ASIC style mining facility. 
• Inspect, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected. 
• Maintain lighting and environmental and temperature control systems.
• Maintain and repair ASIC style miners as well as customer information databases, as needed.
• Perform duties involving shipping and receiving deployment and initial setup and configuration of ASIC style miner.
  
  

What you need to get the job done:

• Managerial experience overseeing electrical maintenance service and repairs of equipment and fixtures. 
• 5-7 years of electrical maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and other applicable standards and regulations. 
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. 
• Electrician's license from the state of Kentucky required.
• Ability to independently perform a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from management. 
• Full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to electrical systems. 
• Experience collaborating and partnering with teams
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and cryptomining preferred
