About the Role
You’ll own strategic relationships with Solv’s urgent care partners, driving product success and business growth.
You’ll be the primary owner of revenue growth and retention, product adoption, and long-term strategy across a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. By coordinating cross-functionally with technical project managers, product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, you’ll shape strategic roadmaps, deliver on partner goals, and drive mutual success for Solv and our partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account Ownership
- Own a book of business. Externally, building deep, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across healthcare organizations. Internally, leading the strategy and project plan for account health and growth.
- Ensure effective communication across stakeholders — internally and externally — to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and ensure your customers are using Solv tools in the most impactful ways.
- Lead initiatives to demonstrate value of Solv and customer business impact through building and presenting effective data stories.
Account Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue expansion through consultative selling.
- Be the expert on how our product works and the key value propositions.
- Lead contracting and renewal work streams.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Have 4+ years in an account management, solutions consulting, or client success role — ideally within healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
- Are an analytical problem solver, comfortable using data to build and deliver impact stories.
- Excel in high-growth environments, managing shifting priorities with confidence.
- Are a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for both partner success and revenue outcomes.

This role includes a base and variable, with on target earnings up to $130,000. Compensation depends on experience and location.
The pay range for this role is:
95,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
