Product Marketing Manager

The Solv Marketing & Strategy team is the glue between our product and our go-to-market results. We operate with startup speed to drive revenue and make Solv a must-use product for the convenient care industry. We’re looking for an experienced B2B product marketer to help scale our newest product investments around AI. 


As a core part of our GTM team, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our Product, Sales, and Success teams to bring new products to market and drive revenue. You will lead and collaborate on initiatives relating to product launch and lifecycle, campaign planning, product positioning and messaging, and qualitative and quantitative insights from customer and market research to inform our longer-term roadmap and GTM strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bringing new products to market, driving cross-functional alignment and leadership, and strong critical thinking and analytical skills to excel in a startup environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy, launches, and stakeholder management for new AI product investment areas.
  • Partner with product and finance teams to develop key initiatives that drive revenue & adoption.
  • Go deep with customers to identify core pain points and refine our messaging & positioning, both for your product areas and our broader platform.
  • Develop clear and compelling messaging for all channels, including website, enablement materials, content, and outbound demand generation.
  • Synthesize insights from market research, competitive landscape, and Gong calls to quickly identify customer needs and points of differentiation for our product. 

You’ll be great in this role if:

  • You have 6+ years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, strategy & operations, finance, or management consulting.
  • You move at startup speed to adapt GTM strategies and execution to drive revenue outcomes, even if it means wearing your demand gen, content, and enablement hats. 
  • You love getting curious and sifting through the qual & the quant to extract insights that help you continuously iterate & improve the quality of your work.
  • You have a growth mindset and continuously aim to raise the bar of your work and that of others.
  • You know how to independently navigate complex and ambiguous situations across a fast-growing organization
  • You leverage generative AI tools & our GTM tech stack (Gong, Salesforce, Google Sheets & Slides) to scale the impact of your work

Salary dependent on location and experience.


Hybrid office environment: we have a beautiful office on Market Street in San Francisco. Bay Area employees are requested to be in the office Wednesdays and Thursday. Priority is given to candidates in the SF Bay Area. Fully remote employees outside of the Bay Area may be considered.

The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
