As a Senior Business Operations Manager for Solv Pay, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our newest revenue line. Whether you’re enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing key metrics, or leading operational projects, your focus is on creating a business that thrives. You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance processes, inform product strategy, and ensure our operations are as efficient and scalable as possible—all while driving a measurable impact on Solv Pay’s growth and success.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Manage the metrics that matter. Define and measure important Solv Pay metrics ensuring everyone understands what needs to happen to grow our business. 
• Inform the Product. You work closely with our product and engineering teams to make operations increasingly scalable. 
• Runs operational projects to improve Solv Pay performance. Use data to identify gaps in our Solv Pay execution and partner cross functionally to drive improvements in the metrics that matter.
• Automate payment data as much as possible: Using SQL, Appscript, macros, slack automations and RPAs to automate processes as much as possible. 
• Own the Pay modeling process. Ensure that salesforce is updated daily and revenue recognition process is clear and operated based on a financial calendar.
