Account Manager, Enterprise

We’re hiring an Account Manager who will be charged with serving as a strategic driver of revenue with Solv’s enterprise urgent care group and health system accounts. 


Professionally, we are looking for a creative, innovative solution-er who can quickly become a product expert, develop strategic account plans and understand customer business needs to thrive as that revenue driver.

What you'll do: 

  • Own a book of business of Solv’s top customers
  • Develop both short term and long term strategies for account health and growth
  • Expand our reach with customers by finding creative solutions and products that fit their business needs
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers across healthcare organizations 
  • Facilitate and lead tailored product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with our solutions consultants, product managers and marketing to ensure that we position and deliver products that meet customer needs
  • Manage and negotiate renewal and upsell contracts

You'll be great for this role if you: 

  • Have 3+ years experience in relevant account management roles, managing long term relationships.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully designing complex product solutions for customers
  • Experience presenting to executives and key stakeholders- effectively communicating to and influencing all levels within an organisation.
  • Are confident in managing evolving priorities and riding the waves in high-growth environments, with a natural knack for organization and prioritization
  • Are a lifelong learner, always hungry to expand your knowledge, and thrives on feedback.

Bonus points:

  • Have previously been an account manager in the healthcare software space, working with enterprise or health system partners

Salary is dependent on location and experience and is comprised of base and variable. Pay range shown is base only. Variable ranges

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
