The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Solv, you will own product initiatives that improve patient access to care, simplify staff workflows, and enhance the provider-patient relationship. You will partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams and customers to solve meaningful problems and build differentiated, AI-powered solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, can translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions and is excited about transforming how healthcare is delivered. You have strong product intuition and can seamlessly pivot from customer insights and product strategy to the nitty-gritty blocking and tackling of building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enhance the patient & provider experience – Improve scheduling, communication, and feedback loops between patients and clinics.
- Drive the product roadmap – Define, prioritize and deliver on the product roadmap that aligns with evolving business goals and market opportunities.
- Own new features end to end – Take new products and features from ideation to launch, ensuring they are user-centric, data-informed, and outcome-driven.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to bring features to life and drive customer adoption.
- Conduct customer research – Dive deep into user feedback, analyze product usage, and track competitive trends to inform product decisions.
- Champion UX & usability – Advocate for best-in-class user experience, ensuring simplicity, functionality and delight in every feature we ship. Cut down on friction wherever possible.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of product management experience at high-growth SaaS, B2B2C or high performing product companies. Experience in healthtech or integrating LLMs/AI models into end-user experiences is a plus.
- Strong product and UX intuition – you deeply understand users, advocate for their needs, and have a track record of shipping intuitive, delightful experiences.
- Data-driven mindset – you leverage analytics, market insights, and customer feedback to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills – you can influence stakeholders, articulate trade-offs, and drive alignment across teams and at different levels of the organization.
- Thrives in high-growth environments – you embrace evolving priorities, thrive in a fast-moving dynamic team, and are a lifelong learner who continuously seeks growth and improvement.

The pay range for this role is:
130,000 - 170,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
