If you’re energized by complexity, motivated by purpose, and ready to help shape the future of the built environment—we’d love to build it with you.

The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support two high-performing Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the hospitality sector. This is a hunter-style role ideal for someone in the early stages of their sales career, with a passion for prospecting, researching, and setting the stage for impactful client engagements.

Success in this role requires a high degree of strategic thinking, time management, and tenacity. You'll need to balance volume and quality, move quickly without losing accuracy, and maintain persistence in the face of rejection—all while aligning closely with senior sales leaders and evolving priorities.

You’ll play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and helping drive the top of the funnel. You’ll also occasionally travel to trade shows to help generate leads and schedule onsite meetings.

Your Impact

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Research target accounts, projects, and key stakeholders in the hospitality procurement space
  • Create and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM data, and external platforms
  • Execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with decision-makers and book meetings for BDMs
  • Qualify leads through initial discovery conversations and clear handoffs to the Business Development Team
  • Coordinate with BDMs to ensure meetings align with strategic targets and account plans

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Help craft personalized outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Support BDMs with scheduling, meeting preparation, and post-call follow-through
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to assist with in-person prospecting, badge scanning, and meeting logistics
  • Maintain detailed notes, activities, and pipeline updates in Salesforce

Performance & Growth

  • Meet or exceed weekly outreach and meeting booking goals. Target: 50 outbound touchpoints/day across channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness in CRM records
  • High performers will have the opportunity to grow into full-cycle Account Executive or Business Development Manager roles as part of our evolving sales team, after one year of successful performance
  • Receive mentorship from senior sellers and gain visibility into full-cycle sales strategy

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • 1–2 years in an SDR, sales assistant, or outbound research role—preferably in B2B, construction, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable making cold calls, sending personalized emails, and starting conversations with strangers
  • Highly organized and proactive with task tracking and CRM hygiene (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic mindset—able to balance short-term activity goals with long-term pipeline building
  • Tenacious and resilient—willing to persevere through rejection and continuously improve
  • Curious, coachable, and excited to grow your sales career by learning from senior team members
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and polished across platforms
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support trade shows and client-facing events
