As a Senior Security Engineer, you will contribute to ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data across teams. You will assist in ensuring that we have the appropriate software and hardware in place, support the development and implementation of security and compliance policies and processes, and participate in security initiatives that protect valuable information across our centralized and decentralized presence.

The US pay range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $195,000. In addition to your base pay, your total compensation package may include a targeted annual bonus, RSU, and benefits.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.


  • Lead comprehensive security assessments across teams, focusing on in-depth analysis of internally developed software.

  • Develop and outline a security roadmap across teams, including policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks for data, systems, processes, and assets.

  • Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the security roadmap through detailed documentation and policies.

  • Promote and enforce the use of appropriate tools and monitoring to ensure adherence to security policies.

  • Lead penetration testing efforts to prevent potential threats across teams.

  • Accountable for security-related matters across teams, engaging with leadership and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with SOC 2 and GDPR compliance for data security.

  • Hands-on experience deploying security software solutions for enterprise environments such as Vanta, Cloudflare, Orca, etc.

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure; experience with AWS and Google Cloud is a plus.

  • Understanding of tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.

  • Experience auditing security software solutions for enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Java, Rust).

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cross-functional initiatives.

  • Effective cross-team communication skills and strategic planning abilities, including the ability to engage with team leaders and other stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills.
