Manager, Marketing Analytics

Who We’re Looking For 

We are looking for a hands-on Manager, Marketing Analytics who will accelerate our marketing effectiveness through data, insights, and innovative measurement methods. You will play a hands-on, pivotal role in driving performance optimization across all marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, email, and affiliate networks. You will partner with and mentor team members in their use of data, working toward the goal of making everyone more self-sufficient in their data use. You will also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and modeling. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide future thought leadership and hands-on construction of sophisticated, insightful, and actionable attribution models 
  • Support a culture of testing, partnering with channel managers on A/B and multivariate tests related to content, copy, landing page, bidding, and more 
  • Own reporting and analytics – inclusive of meaningful dashboard creation – throughout the customer lifecycle from MMM, Multi-Touch Attribution, funnel performance, acquisition costs and customer retention 
  • Own and normalize data from marketing platforms including, but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Braze 
  • Drive Return On Ad Spend optimization through attribution methodologies, advanced targeting and channel exploration 
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and reporting 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through good data practices and documentation 
  • Support execution excellence in the marketing team through training, tools and documentation 

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing analytics 
  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant fields 
  • Domain expertise in B2C marketing strategy and measurement approaches 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools 
  • Extensive experience in data visualization 
  • Experience working with marketing data, including martech, web analytics, and ad platforms 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into analytic frameworks, including recommending suitable KPIs and translating data into recommended actions 
  • Ability to effectively team globally, including flexibility in adjusting priorities and work hours/availability to meet team demands
