What You'll Be Up To

• Develop Quality Code: Write clean, secure, and reusable code with a focus on long-term maintenance and handling of legacy code.
• Think Modular: Create reusable, scalable frontend components that can support multiple applications.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life.
• Drive Best Practices: Share knowledge, mentor others, and help us level up our frontend architecture and development process.
• Choose the Right Tools Together: Participate in discussions on tools, frameworks, and architecture to help us build for the future.
• Focus on Performance: Monitor, test, and refine your code to ensure it’s fast, accessible, and reliable.

Who You Are

• A thoughtful engineer who leads with curiosity and builds with purpose
• A team player who loves to share, support, and learn from others
• Passionate about great UX and bringing designs to life in clean, maintainable code
• Comfortable navigating fast-moving environments and complex systems
• A proactive communicator, fluent in English (written and spoken)

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale frontend applications (React)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS (including SASS or BEM), and frontend architecture
• Experience building SPAs and integrating with RESTful APIs
• A strong focus on testable, maintainable code (TDD/BDD)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a bonus
• A keen eye for detail when it comes to design, usability, and accessibility
