WHAT YOU WILL DO


As a Digital Account Manager, you will ensure that projects are executed to meet client goals and deliver measurable results. On any given day, you might be coordinating resources for project execution, managing timelines and budgets, providing proactive client updates, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver outstanding work.


You will work in a collaborative team environment with marketing strategists, content managers, developers, and designers to lead, optimize, and execute marketing efforts for B2B and B2C companies. You may also engage with contracted experts in various areas of the business to make sure we are providing the best service to our clients.


Some travel may occasionally be required to meet with clients and project teams.

  • Manage the execution and ongoing delivery of signed marketing service projects and retainers.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor and track progress, and manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Deliver consistent, proactive client communication through weekly updates, calls, and email, with in-person meetings as needed.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with clients, focusing on KPIs, campaign performance, and next steps.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Proactively communicate financial progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Update backlog and resource planning sheets weekly to maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Identify risks early, perform risk mitigation, and escalate issues to appropriate teammates when appropriate.
  • Partner with appropriate teammates to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively propose solutions that align with client goals.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness, ensuring a high level of quality before sharing with clients.
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes, communication, and client outcomes.


WHAT YOU NEED


  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience working in an agency environment, working on highly diversified and varied projects.
  • Strong background in direct client communication.
  • Ability to navigate conversations with both the team and client around the budget.
  • Hands-on experience tracking project KPIs and deliverables.
  • Previous experience creating and tracking project tasks.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to “go above and beyond,” bringing a passionate and positive approach to delivering results and encouraging teamwork.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business strategy and solutions.


NICE TO HAVE


  • BA in Marketing or relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of contemporary marketing research trends and actively following changes to trends over time.
  • Ability to lead inside sales with the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to work with leadership to align on sales and marketing strategies and solutions.

SALARY RANGE


$60,000 - $70,000 annually
