A Day in the Life:

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using .NET technologies to ensure scalable, reliable test coverage
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to embed quality early in the development lifecycle
• Leverage AI-driven testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage, speed, and defect detection
• Evaluate new features and translate requirements into effective automated and manual test scenarios
• Continuously challenge and refine test strategy, tooling, and processes to improve overall product quality
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and improving release confidence
• Perform risk analysis and identify gaps in test coverage across applications and services
• Mentor and guide other QA engineers on automation best practices and modern testing approaches
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and prevent regression issues
