A Day in the Life:

As Solutions Product Manager, you will act as the General Manager and product owner for Sparq's portfolio of Solution Offerings and Accelerators. Your mission is to define, build, and bring to market a compelling, harmonized portfolio of offerings that solve specific, high-value client problems and further Sparq’s market presence in AI-driven transformation.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market validation to launch and maturity, driving execution on all core components. This role is the crucial bridge, translating market demand into technical requirements (vision, epics, backlogs) for Solution Accelerators and packaging them into repeatable, client-ready Solution Offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Portfolio Strategy & Execution

  • Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, epics, and feature backlog for the Solution Accelerator portfolio, prioritizing investment based on competitive advantage and revenue potential.
  • Solution Architecting: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for all new Solution Offerings and Accelerators, ensuring they are consistent, complementary, and reusable across the firm.
  • Productize & Enable: Define the complete packaging for each Solution Offering, including the Problem/Solution Narrative, Defined Scope, Predictable Timeline, and Pricing Model.
  • Business Case Development: Develop the business case, investment proposal, and financial models for new solutions, liaising with executive leadership for resource approval.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement

     Go-to-Market Ownership: Define how solutions are brought to market within Sparq. Lead the internal enablement of Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Delivery teams on how to position, sell, and execute the Solution Offerings.

     Market Validation: Be deeply involved in the Market Validation phase, gathering requirements, conducting early-stage analysis, and integrating continuous feedback from Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Delivery teams to mature and refine the offerings.

     Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to develop the working demo and own the technical pitch materials, ensuring all teams can effectively articulate the value and ROI of the solutions.

3. Market Differentiation & Thought Leadership

     Marketing Kit Development: Partner deeply with the Marketing team to develop powerful messaging, positioning, and the complete Marketing Kit (collateral, web content, case studies) that highlights the measurable ROI and business outcome of our solutions.

     Thought Leadership: Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex capabilities into clear, value-driven business outcomes, contributing to high-impact external content.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Key Qualifications:

     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

     10+ years of senior-level experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy consulting within a B2B technology or professional services firm.

     A proven track record of taking new solution offerings or products from concept (market validation) to launch (go-to-market) and scale (maturity).

     Deep experience collaborating with engineering/delivery teams to define technical requirements, create roadmaps, and manage a product backlog (epics, user stories) in an agile environment.

     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling market-facing content.

     A strategic and analytical mindset, with experience developing business cases and using market data to inform decisions.

Nice-to-Have:

     Experience in a dedicated go-to-market (GTM) role for an IT services or consulting firm.

     Expertise in development of AI/ML-related productized offerings or solution offerings.

     Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
