A Day in the Life:

  • Build and maintain program-level dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps and Power BI, providing visibility into backlog health, team performance, and PI readiness.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, development managers, and directors to coach teams on Agile best practices, offering support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate and support program-level Agile ceremonies, including PI planning readiness and cadence-based coordination across teams.
  • Leverage pre-built reporting tools and create custom dashboards to communicate program status and health to leadership.
  • Provide support for the Release Train Engineer (RTE), including coordination of program-level activities and Agile execution support.
  • Serve as a connector between teams, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and alignment on goals and deliverables.

What it takes:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Senior Scrum Master in an enterprise Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of SAFe, Lean Agile, and enterprise-level Agile methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with hands-on experience using Power BI and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and taking initiative with minimal guidance.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage cross-team coordination, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
