A Day in the Life:

  • Partner with Campaign leads and Performance Marketing to design and implement global paid media strategies.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Global Campaigns and Performance Marketing, leading forums, performance reviews, and alignment sessions.
  • Manage end-to-end ad development workflows, from initial concept through trafficking, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee global paid social campaign structures to ensure performance, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to refine messaging, visuals, and copy based on performance insights and audience needs.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and recommend optimizations for targeting, creative, and channel strategy.
  • Stay current on the evolving paid media and social landscape, proactively testing new approaches and identifying opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed with precision, on schedule, and in line with strategic objectives.

What it takes:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing global paid media strategies, from planning to optimization.
  • Expertise in multiple channels and platforms, including SEM, Paid Social, and Content Syndication (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, channel rationale, and audience targeting within integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Skilled in developing compelling ad messaging tailored to the nuances of each platform.
  • Exceptional project management abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance creative and performance considerations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge gaps between creative, marketing, and performance teams.
  • A user-first mindset, ensuring strategies and campaigns are crafted with the audience experience at the center.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and focus while consistently delivering high-quality results.
