A Day in the Life:
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable automation frameworks to support continuous testing across ERP, CRM, and digital automation platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage and quality across integrated systems.
- Design automated test cases for key workflows such as financial reporting, customer orders, and inventory tracking.
- Develop specialized testing logic for Trading Card Game (TCG) systems, including validating algorithms, rule sets, and collectible asset management.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to deliver rapid, actionable feedback throughout development cycles.
- Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform stability during high-volume events and new product launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects across interconnected systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability of business-critical integrations.
- Track, manage, and report on test progress and quality metrics through Jira and related tools.
What it takes:
- 3+ years of experience as an SDET, Automation Engineer, or similar QA automation role.
- Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or REST-Assured.
- Proven ability to test ERP or Financial systems (preferably Oracle Cloud) and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).
- Familiarity with RPA flows and integrations (UI Path experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, risk assessment, and test strategy development.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD environments and version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to validate complex, rule-based business logic.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Passion or interest in Trading Card Games (TCGs) and understanding of game systems, collectibles, or digital asset life cycles.

The pay range for this role is:
115,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Hybrid (Seattle, Washington, US))
