About the Role:

As a Senior Solution Engineer specializing in Digital Product Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Technical Pre-Sales, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with innovative technical solutions. This role demands expertise in designing client-specific solutions, crafting compelling technical content such as whitepapers, and developing scalable offerings aligned with market trends.

You will work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to identify opportunities, create solutions, and guide clients through their digital transformation journeys. This role is ideal for a technology leader who excels at combining technical depth with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

1. Solution Design and Technical Leadership

  • Architect innovative, scalable solutions tailored to client needs across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern software architectures, and advanced data tools.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to create high-level system designs, reference architectures, and estimates, ensuring alignment with client goals and financial considerations.
  • Lead technical deep-dives and provide strategic input on modernization, platform engineering, and digital transformation initiatives.

2. Pre-Sales and Client Engagement

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and deliver impactful technical presentations and demos.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and technical responses, emphasizing value-driven solutions and clear win themes.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring alignment of solutions with business goals and operational needs.

3. Thought Leadership and Content Creation

  • Author whitepapers, blogs, and technical documentation to establish credibility and showcase organizational expertise.
  • Develop offerings and solutions that align with emerging technologies, client challenges, and market demands.
  • Provide insights on industry trends and best practices to support both internal teams and client decision-making.

4. Proof of Concept and Demonstrations

  • Oversee the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate feasibility.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability for implementation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to align solutions with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison during the transition from pre-sales to delivery, providing technical context and ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable offerings by integrating feedback from sales pursuits and client engagements.

6. Continuous Learning and Innovation

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and market trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Share knowledge across teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in solution consulting, software engineering, modernization, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering technical solutions for digital product development and modernization projects.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, serverless), and data tools.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with experience creating technical whitepapers, blogs, and other thought leadership materials.
  • A demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with client business objectives and financial constraints.
  • Experience in one or more of the following verticals is preferred: Healthcare & Life Sciences, Transportation, Logistics & Mobility, Financial Services & Insurance, Manufacturing, Hospitality, CPG, Retail or Energy.
  • Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively convey ideas and engage with English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client and prospective client engagements, with the ability to manage hybrid work effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in cloud platforms or tools such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, Matillion Practitioner Certification, or SnowPro Core
  • Experience developing and refining client offerings and solutions in a consulting or IT services environment.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and platform engineering.
