About the Role:
You’ll partner with Fortune 500 companies, innovative startups, and industry leaders on transformative projects ranging from AI-driven analytics and cloud-native solutions to large-scale digital transformations.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader across the entire client engagement lifecycle—from opportunity qualification and solution design to proof-of-concept execution and handoff to delivery. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to create scalable, value-driven solutions that address clients’ strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Architect and propose modern, scalable solutions tailored to diverse client needs across multiple industries (cloud, microservices, advanced data tools).
- Create high-level system designs, reference architectures, and estimates aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Lead technical deep-dives, drive modernization strategies, and steer digital transformation initiatives.
- Consulting, Discovery & Transformation
- Lead collaborative sessions to clarify key business challenges, objectives, and technology needs.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that guide solutions from concept to deployment.
- Identify high-impact use cases and emerging technologies aligned with strategic goals and ROI.
- Advise on streamlining legacy systems, optimizing platforms, and driving sustainable transformation.
- Provide executive-level guidance on technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and C-level priorities.
- Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Build lasting relationships as a trusted technical advisor, significantly impacting client satisfaction and business success."
- Collaborate with sales to qualify leads, manage pipeline opportunities, and shape commercial strategies.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proposals, aligning solutions with business and operational needs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear win themes and value-driven justifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with delivery, engineering, and sales to align proposed solutions with organizational capabilities and client expectations.
- Serve as a liaison throughout pre-sales to delivery transitions, maintaining technical context and stakeholder confidence.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in solution consulting, software engineering, or related fields, with a strong pre-sales and client-facing track record.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks), contemporary architectures (microservices, serverless), and familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, or MLOps.
- Proven ability to align technical solutions with client business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging both technical and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Transportation, Logistics & Mobility, Financial Services & Insurance, Manufacturing, Hospitality, CPG, Retail, or Energy is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
- Additional Preferred Skills
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Databricks, SnowPro, etc.).
- Background in digital transformation, legacy modernization, or platform engineering.
- Familiarity with creating new offerings or solutions within consulting or IT services environments.
