A Day in the Life:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Monday.com implementations, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business needs.
  • Serve as a key liaison for Workfront system management, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Partner with Game Studio teams to translate creative workflows into scalable and efficient system processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and document business and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Design and model business processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Lead documentation efforts for assigned workstreams, ensuring clear, comprehensive technical and functional materials.
  • Support integration efforts between external print vendors and internal systems, defining requirements and tracking progress.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process flows to support ongoing operations.
  • Continuously evaluate tools and systems to recommend improvements that enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • This role supports teams operating on Pacific Time. Candidates must be willing to work a schedule aligned to Pacific business hours.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Seattle, Washington)
