A Day in the Life:

  • Independently manage documentation workflows across multiple project clusters; ensure quality, coherence, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Perform technical documentation reviews for accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Support design managers by preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other deliverables.
  • Oversee project archiving, version control, and document tracking standards.
  • Serve as SME for Quality Engineers; provide process guidance and support decision-making.
  • Deliver internal and external training; offer tactical support as needed.
  • Prepare reports on project status, KPIs, and progress tracking.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, including documentation, UAT, and training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance documentation quality and consistency.
  • Act as Configuration Analyst/System Owner for design documentation.
  • Manage a regional portfolio of projects and process improvement efforts.
  • Administer user access, permissions, and security settings for systems.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Attend team meetings; share updates and gather requirements.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance.
