About the Role:

As an AI Product Strategist, you will be the commercial driver of our AI-First initiative. Your mission is to answer the critical question: "What AI services and accelerators should Sparq bring to market?" You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our AI offerings, from market analysis and ideation to defining the solution, crafting the go-to-market strategy, and enabling our sales and marketing teams.


This role is the crucial bridge between Sparq’s deep technical capabilities and market opportunity. You will partner deeply with our marketing, sales, and delivery teams to develop solutions, package them into compelling offerings, and create the strategic approaches that will drive our growth and establish us as a leader in AI-powered business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy & Offering Definition
    • Conduct continuous market research and analysis of client challenges, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Develop the business case for new AI services and accelerators, defining the value proposition, target audience, and revenue potential.
    • Architect and document our portfolio of AI service offerings, ensuring they are scalable, profitable, and aligned with Sparq’s commitment to responsible and ethical AI.
  1. Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
    • Partner deeply with the marketing team to develop powerful messaging, positioning, and collateral for our AI offerings, including web content, solution briefs, and case studies.
    • Serve as a key partner to the sales team, helping to qualify opportunities, develop comprehensive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
    • Create sales enablement materials and conduct training to ensure the sales team can effectively articulate the value of our AI solutions.
  1. Thought Leadership & Content Creation
    • Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven business outcomes.
    • Author insightful content such as whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to establish Sparq’s credibility and showcase our expertise in the AI domain.
    • Represent Sparq at industry events and in client discussions as a subject matter expert on AI strategy and solutions.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as the central point of contact between delivery, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our AI offerings are aligned with client needs and organizational capabilities.
    • Integrate feedback from sales pursuits and client engagements to continuously refine and improve our AI service portfolio.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy consulting within a B2B technology or professional services firm.
  • A proven track record of taking new technology services or products from concept to launch, including defining the offering and executing the go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape and its practical applications in business.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and client-facing proposals.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with experience developing business cases and using market data to inform decisions.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a dedicated go-to-market (GTM) role for an IT services or consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
