A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in .NET, C#, and Angular to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires both hands-on technical excellence and the ability to guide architectural decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, enterprise-level solutions.

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, and MVC.
• Drive front-end development with Angular, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UX) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop new functionality on existing software products while ensuring backward compatibility and stability.
• Champion modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-ready application design.
• Take ownership of full SDLC activities, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring on-time and successful project delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to recommend solutions that enhance productivity and product performance.
