A Day in the Life:
- Develop and deploy enhancements and bug fixes by creating service packs
- Drive the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes, including early detection and automation
- Monitor daily and monthly planned production activities
- Provide regular communication to stakeholders on service impacts, planned changes, and risk mitigation
- Support and engage with projects to enable the delivery of fast, high-quality change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What it takes:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL (Postgres, DuckDB, Redshift)
- Experience with programming languages including Python and Rust
- Cloud computing skills including AWS S3, REST APIs, Kubernetes containers, and working with Parquet files
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis are a plus
- Knowledge of network products and protocols such as DNS, load balancers, IP, and SSO is an advantage
- Experience developing and supporting production applications, including some experience leading or coordinating development teams or projects
- Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions, as well as independently
- Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
