A Day in the Life:

• Develop and deploy enhancements and bug fixes by creating service packs
• Drive the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes, including early detection and automation
• Monitor daily and monthly planned production activities
• Provide regular communication to stakeholders on service impacts, planned changes, and risk mitigation
• Support and engage with projects to enable the delivery of fast, high-quality change
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What it takes:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL (Postgres, DuckDB, Redshift)
• Experience with programming languages including Python and Rust
• Cloud computing skills including AWS S3, REST APIs, Kubernetes containers, and working with Parquet files
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis are a plus
• Knowledge of network products and protocols such as DNS, load balancers, IP, and SSO is an advantage
• Experience developing and supporting production applications, including some experience leading or coordinating development teams or projects
• Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions, as well as independently
• Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
