We are seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for enterprise technology initiatives. This role combines product strategy, program leadership, and hands-on product ownership to define, deliver, and scale solutions that enable growth, integration, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude and the ability to partner deeply with engineering teams while also driving business alignment, roadmap definition, and adoption across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own product strategy, aligning it to company goals and customer needs.
  • Establish and evangelize best practices for product lifecycle management, governance, and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure solutions are designed for reliability, security, usability, and strong user/developer experience.

Roadmap & Execution

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, balancing strategic investments with immediate business needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions and supporting tools.
  • Serve as product owner for one or more delivery teams, including backlog management, requirements definition, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring development teams are set up for success.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that span multiple products, services, and platforms.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with internal business units to capture requirements and translate them into product features.
  • Collaborate with external partners and customers to ensure solutions deliver measurable value and meet adoption goals.
  • Serve as the product champion across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Governance & Standards

  • Define and enforce product governance processes, including documentation, versioning, and deprecation policies.
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and IT to ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade requirements.
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and performance to inform improvements and measure success.

What it takes:

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior/principal-level roles.
  • Proven success managing technical or platform products at scale within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude - able to understand architectural trade-offs, interpret technical documentation, and engage meaningfully with engineers and architects.
  • Hands-on product ownership skills, including backlog management, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and collaborating with developers during sprints.
  • Experience with enterprise software platforms, lifecycle management, and system integrations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes in complex organizations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with software development or solution architecture.
  • Experience in industries with high regulatory or operational complexity (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
  • Consulting skills - both formal client-facing experience (e.g., advising customers, leading workshops, or delivering consulting engagements) and an internal consulting mindset (e.g., facilitating alignment, framing business problems, influencing stakeholders, and guiding teams through change).
