A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a Principal UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead user research and design innovative user interfaces for our clients and their end-users. This involves employing advanced design thinking, UX methodologies, and industry best practices to help teams build impactful features for both business and user needs.

  • Lead and collaborate with account, creative, and technology teams to define and document the architecture, flow, and user experience of digital solutions across multiple channels
  • Strategically guide web optimization efforts based on comprehensive understanding of business goals
  • Exhibit strong visual design leadership, with an in-depth understanding of modern design frameworks and the distinctions between consumer-facing and internal-facing applications
  • Develop and document solutions through a variety of methods including detailed diagrams, site maps, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of software development processes and be proficient in HTML/CSS.
  • Facilitate effective communication with Product Ownership and Development teams to ensure consistency and quality throughout the design and build processes
  • Integrate UX processes seamlessly with Agile Methodologies, ensuring alignment and efficiency in project execution
  • Stay ahead of new and innovative trends in visual design and information architecture, continuously bringing fresh insights to the team
