Sparx Solutions is an IT Infrastructure Solution's Specialist that provides Network and Security Consulting services, Technology Training and Managed IT Services to Australia Service Provider and Enterprise markets.

Our solutions-led approach and consultative style has been the key to our success. There is now an opportunity for a like-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our business.

You will work closely with Sparx Solutions' senior management to develop opportunities across an existing customer base as well as uncover new business opportunities. Your will have a customer service focus as many of the existing enterprise clients require customer centric support to be able to both retain and grow their footprint.

Requirements

With a focus on our existing customer base, your customer experience emphasis will see you develop strong relationships. With access to in house technical experts, cutting edge technology across data security and optimised network connectivity, you will be able to position market leading solutions to your customers.

Driving strong relationships and quality services will see you retain your existing recurring revenue. You are customer centric at your core and seek to provide your customers with an industry leading technical solution that solves their business problem. It is also essential that you possess the skills required to identify and nurture new opportunities for growth within your existing accounts.

Skills & experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within either a network/systems integrator; managed services provider; or vendor capacity.
• Track record in selling solutions across data security and networking technologies.
• Experience selling professional services and managed services.
•  Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, budgeted sales, and profit objectives as well as timely submission of all reports.
•  Be an energetic driver within the Sparx Sales team - must have the ability to work across all aspects of the sales cycle (attaining new and growing existing customer base)
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and align them with your client's needs.
•  Be a dynamic team player with an outgoing personality and exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

• Competitive salary package of $140,000 OTE - $70,000 to $90,000 base + commission + Superannuation + Bonus

We are looking for our next inside sales expert to join Sparx Solutions as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Melbourne CBD office, with flexibility to work from home occasionally.
