About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Admin VA to support our client with administrative, order management, and sales-related tasks. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders, invoicing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process 7–10 customer orders per day.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide professional customer support.
  • Familiarize and stay updated with product brochures and materials.
  • Perform invoicing and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Use Excel to track data, generate reports, and analyze information.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support and inbound call handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, basic analysis).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
  • A background in sales will be considered an advantage.
