About the role
Sprig is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth in your territory by building strong relationships with dental offices and promoting Sprig’s innovative products. This role combines direct sales, education, and territory management. RDH experience will be beneficial for this role.

What you'll do
- Achieve sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent client engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and dental offices.
- Identify new clients via networking, education, and outreach.
- Provide virtual and in-person product consultations, demonstrations, and training.
- Support educational programs and promote event registrations.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and manage accurate order submissions.
- Travel to external events for lead generation and direct sales (approx. one weekend/month; overnight travel required).
- Expected Hours of Work
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to accommodate customers in different time zones, with occasional evening and weekend work.
Salary
Base ($65,000-70,000) + Commission
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with quotas and/or territory management.
- Knowledge of dental practices; RDH experience will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel by air and lift up to 60 lbs. for event materials.
- Ability to learn and comprehend scientific/technological information. Ability to analyze data and trends and present information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred.
