Springboard Collaborative closes the opportunity gap by closing the gap between home and school. We coach educators and family members to help kids learn to read by 4th grade. Springboard envisions a world in which parents and teachers work together—rather than in isolation—to accelerate student learning.
Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate current employees of NYC Public Schools to apply for the part-time position of Cluster Leader. The Cluster Leader will be responsible for overseeing and supporting literacy programming at up to 5 NYCPS sites and will play a pivotal role in coaching program leaders and teachers, partnering with family members, and driving student reading growth.
This is a fixed-term, part-time position involving up to 75 hours of work per season for two seasons. Our winter season will run from January 12 to March 6, 2026, and our spring season will run from March 16 to May 15, 2026. Our programs will run 3 days per week, 60 minutes per day. Cluster Leaders will also participate in ~5 hours of professional development and other ad-hoc meetings in November and December 2025 to prepare for the role.
