Position Overview
Stellar Virtual is seeking a dedicated and experienced ARD Facilitator to join our team. The ARD Facilitator will be crucial in coordinating activities related to the admission, renewal, and dismissal (ARD) process for special education students. As an ARD Facilitator, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education requirements, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate ARD meetings on campuses, ensuring all stakeholders are well-prepared and engaged.
Collaborate with testing diagnosticians regarding special education student needs, ensuring appropriate evaluations and support.
Maintain special education compliance, stay up-to-date with regulations, and implement necessary changes.
Adhere to federal, state, and local special education requirements, especially in the areas of annual ARDs and evaluations.
Conduct all ARD paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring comprehensive and compliant records.
Demonstrate integrity and ethics, upholding the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Display proficient levels of technology applications, utilizing digital tools for efficient record-keeping and communication.
Utilize time wisely for effective management of job responsibilities, balancing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings, respecting the time of colleagues and stakeholders.
Meet task completion deadlines established by supervisors, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Maintain friendly customer-driven interactions with all stakeholders, including students, teachers, administrators, and co-workers, fostering positive relationships.
Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, collaborating effectively to achieve the goals of the school/department.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication, including email, written, and verbal interactions, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Education & Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 55,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
