Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing biochemistry assay, tissue assay and consumables/reagents for our cutting-edge PyxaTM suite of products with a focus on expanding assay to multiple tissue types and applications.
- Designing and conducting critical experiments to initiate and validate the use of Stellaromics products.
- Collecting key feedback from internal marketing and technical teams on user adoption to optimize the products.
- Data interpretation based on biochemical data, imaging data, spatial transcriptomics data, translatomics data, immune-staining data and H&E staining.
- Communication with both industrial and academic customers and collaborators to provide innovative, high-quality, best-in-class assay solutions.

Qualifications:
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering or Cell and Molecular Biology.
- Strong biochemistry, molecular biology, and microscope imaging foundation.
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, assays, and analysis software.
- Team player who can effectively integrate internal and field-based activities across functions to support customer requirements.
- Must be a self-starter and able to learn new technology quickly.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Experience developing tissue-based assays, and with RNA-FISH or immunostaining/IHC is required.
- Must be able to work onsite fulltime (Boston headquarters).
